“My goal with this workshop is to give the participants the confidence to head out on longer hunts farther from home and push their edges and hunting opportunities. You will not leave this experience a master hunter! This is only something that comes with time in the field and trials and errors. Every big game animal you experience in the woods, weather calling in a moose or jumping a deer while still hunting are the experiences you learn from. As the seasons go by, you slowly accumulate the knowledge and learn from your mistakes and start to understand the patterns of the animals you are targeting and how to get into range. We will finish this course with an in-depth animal processing workshop where I will go into details on field dressing, skinning for full mounts, rugs, shoulder mounts, gutting, deboning, and packing your game out while keeping the meat clean. There is much to learn on the hunting journey and I hope to empower you with some of the knowledge I have learned over the MANY years in hopes of getting you off on successful hunts.” Eric Jensen
