Cancellation Policy:

Please read carefully! Planning workshops such as the ones Relic Outdoors offers requires a lot of work and logistics. A lot of time and energy is put into organizing each one. We ask each participants to please read through this policy carefully before they commit to a workshop. It greatly helps us with the great functioning of the business.

1. Cancellation by Participant:

• Refund Policy:

  • Participants who cancel their registration for a workshop:

    • 1 month or more prior to the workshop start date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

    • 14 days prior to the workshop start date will receive a 50% refund of the workshop fee.

    • Less than 7 days prior to the workshop start date are not eligible for a refund, UNLESS it is a medical emergency or a family emergency.

• Cancellation Process:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to relicoutdoors133@gmail.com

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

2. Cancellation by Relic Outdoors:

• In the event that Relic Outdoors cancels a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, instructor unavailability, or insufficient enrolment, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

• Participants will have the option to:

  • Transfer their registration to a future workshop date.

  • Receive a full refund of the workshop fee.

3. No-Show Policy:

• Participants who fail to attend a workshop without prior notification ("no-show") will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

4. Minimum Enrolment Requirement:

• Each workshop requires a minimum number of participants to run successfully. If the minimum enrolment is not met, Relic Outdoors reserves the right to cancel the workshop.

• Participants will be notified of the cancellation and offered the option to transfer to another workshop date or receive a full refund.

5. Changes and Modifications:

• Relic Outdoors reserves the right to make changes or modifications to workshop dates, times, locations, or instructors as necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
